Step 1: Online Application
The first step to the hiring process is completing an online application. You begin with creating an account on CampInTouch here. This will lead you to our application. Remember that your answers to our application questions are our first impressions of who you are. We want you to be able to present your best self. Our advice is take time and be thorough with your responses. Once you have completed your answers, proof read to check for grammar and quality of answers.

Once we have reviewed your application we will be in touch regarding if we will be or not be continuing with the interviewing process.
You will be asked to list three professional references. A professional reference is someone who has supervised you in a professional environment. This could be a teacher, coach, boss, volunteer supervisor, etc. (Family members, friends, and godparents will not be accepted.) Please list their name, how you know them, email, and phone number.
Step 2: First and Second Round Interviews
You will be reached out to by one of our Associate Directors regarding if you have been offered a first round interview. She will be sending you a link on Doodle Meetings to schedule a time that is best for both of you. Once the date and time has been set, you will recieve a google meeting link. On the date and time of your interview you will use this link to enter the chat room where your interview will be held. This is the same process for our second round interviews as well.
Step 3: What Next?
After both interviews have been conducted we will let you know of our decision within a week time. We may offer you a position, place you on a waiting list, and ask to apply again in the next year, or inform you that you will not be moving on in the hiring process. If a position has been offered, you will receive an email informing you that your contract has been made available. From there you have two weeks to review and accept your contract.
