Do you want to get paid to have fun? Are you ready for an experience that will change your life? Joining the team at Camp Ton-A-Wandah will introduce you to a world where hard, meaningful work strikes a balance with outdoor fun and play!

 

In this technology free setting, our campers and staff focus on building relationships. You will have the privilege to work alongside women from all of the US and the world. Our staff members bring many cultures and talents to the mountains of Hendersonville, North Carolina to share. By building a diverse community focused in developing creativity and curiosity, you will help TAW build Women of Substance.

 

From kayaking to dance; from backpacking to pottery; from archery to basketball, each staff member will find their niche activity where they will become proficient in instruction. By having the opportunity to work with girls ages 5-15, you can become more adept in childhood development.

Eligible for Youth Development Counselors and Equestrian Staff who work all 3 sessions and fulfill their contract
