Camp Ton-A-Wandah is seeking counselors and staff who are role models to their peers and to youth. They value being silly, practicing sisterhood, and living in the outdoors to create a fun environment, ultimatley developing well-rounded girls into Women of Substance.
Over 600 girls, ranging in age from 5 to 16 and hailing from across the country, will attend one or more of our three 3-week summer sessions. Camp Ton-A-Wandah is especially proud of these girls, as more than 75% are returning campers. This high retention rate can be attributed to the extensive program opportunities available here, including activity classes such as archery, horseback riding, rock climbing, canoeing and land sports, just to name a few. In addition, frequent trips to various area sites for picnics, hiking, white-water rafting and campouts are program highlights, as well. Over 90 years in the business of summer fun have taught us that our ongoing success has to do with the exceptional caliber of our camp team!
We employ over 70 staff members each summer. As a member of the Camp Ton-A-Wandah staff, you will become an important person in the life of each child you meet. Our staff is comprised of a diverse group of former campers, college students, teachers, musicians, artists, outdoor enthusiasts, coaches and other unique women from all over the world who share our passion for building Women of Substance.
