Ton-A-Wandah is a girls summer camp located in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Our name means “by the fall of water”.
Since 1933, girls ages 6-15 have come to discover Ton-A-Wandah is more than a place; it's a place in your heart.

We'll Go Places - As if camp itself isn't enough, trips let campers explore the rest of western North Carolina.
Campers will have the opportunity to enjoy adventures away from the Ton-A-Wandah campus and therefore broaden their camp experience. These excursions include backpacking and day hiking in the Pisgah National Forest; whitewater rafting trips on one of the many rivers in Western North Carolina; rock climbing and rappelling; and visits to the world famous Biltmore Estate in Asheville, exciting Sliding Rock and the historic Carl Sandburg Home in nearby Flat Rock.
